He has held executive positions in several business enterprises, and has devoted considerable time to service on Boards of Directors and Boards of Trustees to local, state, and national trade associations and volunteer efforts.

Dave is a graduate of Purdue University holding a B.S. in Agricultural Economics, and is also a Certified Sherpa Coach having trained through the College of Business at The University of Cincinnati.

He also served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.

Dave and his wife, Sharon, have four children and five grandchildren.
